    Ok then.. WHY is it that every HR person i’ve talked to says that nobody cares about you having an Objective statement? It’s meaningless and usually doesn’t sell you as much as what you’ve done and how you’ve done it. I haven’t used an Objective or Summary and haven’t had any issues.

    Also, PLEASE include that resumes (80%) of companies are using resume scanning, and the computer reads a resume FIRST ! –reading the NAME first.

    Please talk about how to place key words in a resume, so that the computer scanning picks up on the key words. Than also, what front the scanner picks up on, and DO NOT use bold or underlining. So, your example in the picture, get rid of the lines and the bold print and use ARIAL FONT!!!!!

    @samspader101 Exactly, a generic CV got me nowhere for months, but a soon as I developed an achievment based CV as described in my videos. Simple but yet effective, yet no graduates seem to do it!
